SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Common Courtesy, Inc., also known as Common Courtesy and CCRides (“Common Courtesy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Common Courtesy related to our transportation services. Messages may include:

Ride confirmations and reminders

Driver, vehicle, pickup, and arrival information

Ride changes, delays, cancellations, and return-trip updates

Rider registration and account information

Payment or billing notifications

Customer-support messages

Responses to questions or requests you send to us

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Common Courtesy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your ride activity, account activity, and communication with Common Courtesy. You may receive multiple messages before, during, or after a scheduled ride.
Common Courtesy may increase or decrease the number of messages sent based on your use of our services. Common Courtesy, mobile carriers, and messaging providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging and data rates.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Common Courtesy Privacy Policy:

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cancellation and Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Common Courtesy.
After submitting your opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you enroll again.
Opting out of SMS messages will not cancel your Common Courtesy rider account or any scheduled ride. However, you may no longer receive important ride updates by text.

Supported Carriers
SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and policies. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support every messaging feature.
Liability
Common Courtesy is not responsible for charges, errors, delays, incomplete messages, or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier, messaging provider, internet service provider, device, or another third-party service.
Common Courtesy does not guarantee that SMS messages will be received before a scheduled pickup or other time-sensitive event. Riders remain responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup location and contacting Common Courtesy when assistance is needed.
Changes to These Terms
Common Courtesy may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised terms are posted on our website. Continued participation in our SMS messaging service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
