Want to bring Common Courtesy Rides to your community?

You're just a few simple steps away from becoming a chapter and helping people get where they need to go — safely, affordably, and with dignity.

Whether you're with a nonprofit, church, senior center, clinic, or city agency, we make it easy for you to launch.

What It Means to Be a Chapter Partner

A registered chapter gets:

  • Access to our secure ride coordination portal

  • Support from our Travel Logistics Coordinators (TLCs)

  • Monthly ride reports and tracking

  • Training on best practices for dispatching and data reporting

  • Partnership recognition and marketing support

  • Optional co-branded rider registration and materials

Chapters can fund their own riders or connect with Common Courtesy to provide subsidized transportation for vulnerable populations.

📞 2. Onboard & Get Set Up

After a quick discovery call, here’s what happens next:

  • You’ll get a simple Chapter Agreement (no red tape)

  • We’ll set up your portal access and tools

  • You’ll receive training and branded rider materials

You’ll be ready to launch your program in days — not weeks.

🚗 3. Start Scheduling Rides

Your chapter can:

  • Schedule rides through our web-based system

  • Assign a dispatcher on your team or use our trained TLCs

  • Track every ride with custom monthly reports

Need help with setup or reporting? We’ve got your back.

🔁 4. Arrange Your Return

As your riders grow, your support can grow too:

  • Add new partners or funding sources

  • Expand to more rider types or service areas

  • Integrate CAP (Community Assistance Program) options for subsidized rides

We'll help tailor your chapter for your mission.
