Common Courtesy makes it easy and safe for eligible individuals to access affordable, on-demand transportation through Uber and Lyft. Here's how our process works:
📝 1. Apply & Register for Self Pay Ride Club
Become a registered rider in just a few steps:

Complete the Rider Registration Form (online preferred)

Submit a one-time $25 fee (via credit card or check)

Provide a basic mobile phone number — required for ride coordination and safety
Once approved, you’ll receive:

Your unique Rider ID Number

A Welcome Packet with full instructions and a ride request script

📞 2. Schedule a Ride With Our In-House Staff
You or a caregiver can:

Call our toll-free number and leave a message with your ride details

Follow the script included in your Rider Packet for accuracy
A Travel Logistics Coordinator (TLC, tender loving care) ) will send a confirmation call or text with your driver’s name, vehicle info, and pickup time.
🚗 3. Enjoy the Ride

Your driver will typically arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time

You’ll receive identifying details (vehicle make, license plate, and driver name) to ensure a safe connection
🔁 4. Arrange Your Return

· Make sure your cell phone is charged and on

· Be Ready to Ride as a Rideshare could be closer than you think

· If your plans change or your ride is delayed, simply call the same toll-free number

· Our dispatch team will make the necessary updates
